Why do I have to create an account, and how do I do it?

Creating your own account helps us provide you with your specific information about your orders and files. It also gives us a way to contact you about your print projects, and lets you track your searches and purchases.

To create an account, simply click “My Account” at the top of any page on our site. Then, follow our instructions, and you’ll have your account set up in four easy steps:
1. Enter your first and last name in the “Name” field.
2. Enter your zip or postal code.
3. Enter your e-mail address, and then confirm it.
4. Enter a unique password, and then confirm it.

How will GTI SmART Print use my information?
A.
We respect your privacy, so we will never sell, rent or give away any of your personal information without your permission. Rather, we use the information in your account to help us identify you when you are on the site, so you can access the information you need. We use your e-mail address to send you order confirmations and important updates. The password you create for your account is yours alone, ensuring that you are the only one who can access your account.

How do I access my GTI SmART Print account?

It’s so easy! First, click on “My Account” at the top of any page on our site. You must log in at this point, using your e-mail address and your password. Once you’re logged in, you can view and edit your orders and files, and set your account preferences.

How can I make changes to my account?
A.
To make any changes to your account, you must first log in and click “My Account” at the top of any page and log in with your e-mail address and password. (If you forget your password, click the “Password Assistance” link on the Log In page.) On the My Account page, click the “Preferences” link on the top left-hand side. Type in your current password for verification. Then, enter any updates you have, and save your changes. It’s very simple.

How do I view my orders and files?

To see your orders, first, log in to your GTI SmART Print account. Then, click “My Orders” at the top of the page to review your orders and printing jobs.

To view your files, click “My Files” and you’ll be able to see your artwork and mailing list files.

Can I get access to my account information if I log on with a different computer?
A.
Of course. Your information is stored on GTI SmART Print’s secure Internet servers, so you can access your information from just about anywhere. Simply log on to your account from any computer, and you can view and edit your orders and files, and even change your account preferences.

How long with GTI Smart Print keep my files?
A.
Your artwork files will stay in the “My Files” section of your account for as long as you want. GTI SmART Print provides you with 750 MB of free storage space to save artwork and mail list files, and we leave it up to you to decide how you want to use that storage space.

How do I choose my GTI SmART Print password?
A.
Your password must be four to 12 characters long, and may include letters, numbers or punctuation. It cannot include any blank spaces, and your e-mail address may not be part of your password. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.

When you are creating your GTI SmART Print account, enter the password of your choice in the “Password” field, and then re-type it in the “Confirm Password” field.

When you log in to you account, you must enter your password exactly the same way you set it up, including capitalization.

What if I forget my GTI SmART Print password?
A.
First, remember that passwords are case sensitive. You must enter it the same way you set it up, including capitalization.

However, if you forget your password, you may select “Password Assistance” on the Log In page, enter your e-mail address that’s associated with your account, and we’ll e-mail your password to you so you can still access your GTI SmART Print account. The message subject line will read, “Here is the password you requested."

Then, click “Preferences,” and type in your current password in the “Old Password” field.
